Prima is the first and is also Latin & Italian. And it stands for Premariacco, where Irmy Algader was then living. And Bel stands for Belgrade, where Zoran R. J. waves from, a deeply rooted European city with millennia of history. It also stands for Bell as a ring that things need to be changed.
